All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.

Orders made by UK customers are sent from our depot in England.
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked: Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days Orders over £20 are free of charge. Orders under £20 are £3.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Expected delivery time: 1 working day Orders over £20 are free of charge. Orders under £20 are £3.99
DHL: Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days Orders over £20 are free of charge. Orders under £20 are £3.99
Orders made before 1pm GMT will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm GMT will be sent out the next day.

All European Deliveries are made via our premium courier partner, DPD. Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm (local time).

Returns
Returning unopened and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support they will give you the appropriate address to return it to. You will be responsible for the postage costs unless in the unlikely event of there being a fault with the ShredIn7 product
